Hallmark know how much it means to receive a card letting you know that you are in someone's heart and thoughts. They also know that there are times when it's hard to find a card that says the right thing. These cards were designed with input and advice from a group of parents whose babies had spent time in neonatal care. The aim was to develop a deeper understanding of what these parents had experienced and what they really wanted and needed to hear from their friends and family at that time.
